Hyuna Troublemaker MV Inspired Makeup Tutorial

When I first saw the music video of Trouble maker and saw Hyuna's makeup, I just HAD to recreate her look!!

Quick story behind his video: I was filming early in the morning, I had to be somewhere at 11am, battery was dying, memory was almost full, and believe it or not this was the only time I was free to film this video :( Ahhh sorry for the poor quality and shortness I promise my next one will be better. I just wanted to put a video up this week.

***Sorry for the lighting :( I use natural lighting to film and it was really bright that morning lol.

Anyways I tried my best to recreate Hyunas look in the music video. At first I thought her eyeshadow was silver and gray until i took a closer look it was actually brown. The lighting in the video was what made it look silver. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy this. I promise to give you guys a better video next time!!!

Banana Hair Mask

Here's the Banana Hair Mask I've been telling you all about :) FINALLY! Haha! So in my other Banana Recipe post, I told you all the benefits that a banana offers to us. Bananas are perfect for restoring vitality to the hair since it's filled with nutrients. This mask will leave your hair shiny and moisturized!
To keep this short and simple let's cut to the recipe :D
So pretty much all you need are:
1/2 Ripe Banana (short - medium hair)
or
1 full Ripe Banana (medium - long hair)

1 tbsp of olive oil (short - medium hair)
or
2 tbsp of (medium - long hair)
1. Mash up your banana very well! NO CHUNKS! Try your hardest to get the banana to a smooth texture
If not it will be VERY HARD to get the banana out of your hair. I suggest using a blender.

2. Warm up Olive Oil in microwave. Then add to banana.

3. Apply it to your hair. (Roots to ends, ends to roots, it's really all up to you.) Leave in for 20 minutes.

4. Wash out mask and your done! :) (tip: Rinse with cold water to seal in shine!)

Good luck with this hair mask! If it doesn't work out for you I'm sorry :( but it definitely worked for me!!

This look I created isn't meant to look like a panda, but a look inspired by the panda bear's black and white fur and unique eyes.

"I am in love with pandas! One of my lifetime goals is to adopt one. This look is pretty simple. The look I first had in mind had more of an edgy look. I decided to just go with a look that is wearable on a day to day basis. I know this look is pretty much just a simple smokey eye look but I wanted to dedicate one of my videos to my favorite cuddly animal :) I hope you guys enjoy it! "

Oily Skin? Go grab a banana and keep reading....! :)

Oily skin has been our worst enemy from the dawn of time. It's grossclogs our pores, and makes us look like a grease ball! Until the time comes when having oily skin becomes a trend (which we know will never happen), here is a simple DIY Face Mask you can make to help with get rid of that oil right in your kitchen! :D

So I bet your wondering "why a banana?". Not a lot of people know the great benefits your skin can get from a banana. Well, to answer your question, bananas are known to help get rid of the nasty oils on your skin and narrow your pours.  Bananas are also filled with potassium, fiber, and vitamin c.

-Potassium helps your body produce new cells, and with new cells, your skin becomes healthier.
- Fiber is known for its anti-again benefits. It gives your skin the boost it needs to be healthier.
-Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, produces collagen, which provides support with the growth of cells and blood vessels and firms and strengthens skin.

Since now you know the goodies that bananas can offer your skin, Here is the recipe for a Banana Face Mask:
- 1/2 Ripe banana
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice
- 1 tsp. of honey

Take your banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork. Add the lemon juice, honey, and mix it with the mashed banana. Apply it to your face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Then wash it off and your finished! :D
*What to do with the other half of the banana?...Well eat it of course!..Or you can stay tuned for my next post where I show you how to make a lovely hair mask with it :) So till next time....! <3

Elf Haul

So a couple days ago I was at target and decided to treat myself with some elf goodies :) Elf is one of my favorite drugstore brands. The quality of their makeup is just amazing and my wallet doesn't have to suffer for it haha! So here are some goodies that I decided to pick up :)

For $1 this clear brow and lash mascara works like a charm :)

At first I thought this brush was going to feel rough. For only $1 I told myself "eh, might as well just try it out". Sooo glad I did! It's soft and applies my eyeshadow like a charm :D I just wish the brush was longer, other than that, I'm not complaining.

I haven't worn false lashes in a while so I decided to buy a pair. Like the other products this was also $1 :) These lashes aren't incredibly amazing but then again they don't suck. So these are pretty decent. I'll probably purchase more :)

I LOVE the color of this lipstick, but not a fan of the smell :( I'm not saying it smells bad. It smells a lot like Lipsmackers. The scent is too strong for my taste, but I guess I could let that slide since I really love how this lipstick looks on me. I purchased this in the shade Voodoo. It's a matte texture and lasts pretty long on my lips I'll probably try out more of the.ir colors since they're only $1 as well.

You get 32 shadows for only $5! What a steal! haha! I really like this palette but I'm not in LOOOOVE with it. The pigmentation is pretty decent. I'll be sure to make videos with this baby :)
